What is Nordic Operation Center?
Nordic Operation Center is a sales and customer service company founded in 2018. We work for leading Nordic brands from offices in Palma de Mallorca, Málaga and Barcelona, with a base in Stockholm.
Which languages do I need to speak?
Most roles require native Swedish, Danish or Norwegian. Each job ad states which language it needs.
Do I need sales experience?
No. Many colleagues start without any telemarketing or sales experience. Training starts on day one.
Where will I work?
In our office in Palma de Mallorca, Carrer de Porto Pi 8, or in Málaga, depending on the role.
Is it the same time zone as home?
Yes. Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Spain all use Central European Time, so your working hours match your customers'.
What can I grow into?
Most people start in customer service, B2C sales or meeting booking, then move into B2B sales, team leadership or recruitment and HR.
